We are a small rural property on 112 peaceful acres in Nana Glen on the Mid North Coast of NSW, just 30 minutes inland from Coffs Harbour. We run a Hipcamp property, keep chickens, and are working towards bringing our cows back onto the property once fencing is completed. We are looking for help with practical outdoor projects including establishing a large enclosed vegetable garden, building a chook coop, fencing, and creating simple outdoor toilet and shower facilities for campers. Our place is private, quiet, scenic, and ideal for someone who enjoys country life and hands-on work.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We joined WWOOF because we have a beautiful, peaceful property with lots of plans for it, and we liked the idea of sharing that journey with people who enjoy hands-on projects and country living. We hope to meet practical, friendly WWOOFers who would enjoy helping us establish gardens, improve the property, and work on a few simple building projects. In return, we want to offer a relaxed rural experience, a comfortable place to stay, and the chance to enjoy the quiet beauty of our part of the Mid North Coast.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We do not use chemicals on the property. Our approach is low-impact and focused on working with nature as much as possible. We prefer natural growing methods, including building healthy soil, using compost and organic matter, mulching, encouraging natural biodiversity, and avoiding synthetic sprays or fertilizers. Our goal is to create a productive vegetable garden and orchard, along with a healthy farm environment using simple, sustainable methods that support the land over the long term.
