Greig & Julie Meyer
Small hobby farming near Tamworth. Focus is on meat sheep, habitat regeneration, vegetable growing, poultry and all the activities that are required to keep them going. We are a family with a young child, accommodation is in the house in a very comfortable guest room.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We would like to meet with international or Australian wwoofers who have an interest in rural life and farming. Many jobs are more enjoyable and progress at a better rate with two sets of hands, and there is never an end of things that need to be done on a farm.

Organic/Biological methods we use

Mostly organic – don’t use any chemicals with regards to pastures, weeds or vegetables. However, if in need will use worm treatments for the sheep – this is normally once a year or less.
