Granite Springs
Granite Springs is a beautiful 300 acre property in central Victoria. We raise cattle and sheep, have horses, chickens, dogs, cats and some fish. We are a 3 person, 3 generation run farm loving where we live.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We have enjoyed sharing our lives with woofers in the past. Obviously the help around the farm is wonderful but we also enjoy sharing our lifestyle and part of the world, whilst learning about others experiences from their travels and life. Many of our WWOOFers became friends that we still keep in touch with.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We follow regenerative agricultural principals and organic principals. We use no chemicals or vaccinations and follow low stress stock handling. We have been in drought conditions for a few years so have had to feed hay to the stock and the property looks a bit sad. We also lease 300 acres from a neighbour.
