We operate a commercial avocado farm , approx 300 ha of forest and orchard in a beautiful subtropical climate with sea views 50 km away 500m above sea level.

Work includes gardening , harvesting avocados , general orchard work and occasional housework.

We have been hosting for many years , have also been Wwoofer volunteers ourselves when overseas, such a great way to experience the lifestyle of a country.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We did wwoofing ourselves and loved it, great experiences

Organic/Biological methods we use

We are not certified organic producers, however we use no insecticides and totally minimise any use of chemicals.
We will teach the safe operation of any of the machinery we use on the farm.
Harvest season is from August to December.  Orchard maintenance is available at all times.
