Andy Lee
My little slice of paradise is nestled on 10 beautiful acres in the heart of the Otways, surrounded by ancient eucalyptus forests, towering trees and abundant wildlife.
I’m slowly regenerating the land through organic gardening, native planting and creative projects, with a vision of creating a space for forest bathing and nature connection.
With waterfalls, rivers, wild beaches, forest trails and the Twelve Apostles to explore, it’s a magical corner of the world.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

I became a WWOOF host because I believe in the power of human connection, community and our relationship with the natural world.
I’m on a journey of regenerating this beautiful piece of land and creating a space where nature, creativity and people can thrive together.
For me, WWOOFing is about welcoming open-hearted, curious people from all walks of life, sharing skills, stories and experiences, learning from one another and building a little community along the way.
I love the idea of people coming together, getting their hands in the earth, sharing a meal, having meaningful conversations and leaving both the land and each other a little better than we found them.

Organic/Biological methods we use

I’m gradually developing the property using organic and regenerative principles, with a focus on healthy soil, biodiversity and working with nature rather than against it.
This includes organic vegetable growing, composting, mulching, native planting, natural landscaping and regenerating areas of the land to support local ecosystems.
Part of the longer-term vision is restoring natural spaces and creating gentle forest trails for forest bathing and forest therapy.
