We are a small 34 acre Farm/Caravan Park with a few Cattle, lots of Wallabies and Bird Life, Coomalie Creek runs through the whole of the property. We catch Barramundi, Cherobin, red claw as well as other fish species. We have powered and unpowered sites as well as a couple of Donga’s and Cabins. We are located 15 minutes from Batchelor at the entrance to Litchfield National Park and 23 kms from Adelaide River.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We have purchased Coomalie Creek Tourist Park in the past year, it is very small park (we hope to build it up) it makes sense to provide what we have in exchange for labour.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We use no poisons (as we have cattle ) we mow and mulch where the caravans locate, we burn any cardboard on the premise and recycle plastics and glass. We compost and shred all paper and reuse in the garden.
